A    Yes we accept any OEM service since we are a professional manufacturer for medical equipment with about more than 10 years of OEM experiences.

A    We provide 1 year warranty for all our items.

Q    How long is the quotation valid?

A    In general ,our prices are valid for one month from the date of quotation. Prices will be adjusted appropriately based on price fluctuations in raw materials and market changes.

Q    How to deal with the faulty?

A    First, our products are produced in strict quality control system, but if any faulty, we'll send new spare parts for free in 1 warranty year. Secondly, our after-sales department will periodically

        follow up customers.  

Q    How can get the shipping cost?

A    You tell us your destination port or delivery address, we check the Sea Freight, Air Freight or Express Freight for you based on your requirement.

Q    What should I do if I do not know how to use?

A    Please do not worry, manual user will be sent together, you can also contact us with more technological support.
